Plans and permits received at Pubiic Works. Plans are held pending receipt of SEPA. 1-30-81 Public Services contacted the Planning and Duilding Departments to inquire about the SEPA status. We were advised that the original checklist was lost between the Planning and Building Depar:ments. 2-4-81 2-6-81 2-9-81 Proposed Declaration completed by Planning. Proposed Declaration received by Public Works. Work began at project site, 2-19-31 Public Works transmitted Proposed Declaration comments to Planning. (\Vithin alloted 15-day turnar.ound). 2-25-81 Public Works Permit approved for drainage and R.O.W. improvements. This activity was authorized prior to finalization of approved drawing in an effort to assist applicant. 3-2-81 Final Declaration received from Planning. Under the City procedure for "Building Plan and Permit Review", receipt of the Final Declaration initiates the Public Works' Permit/Plot Plan review sequence.
