This study has been undertaken at the request of Ms. Kaddee n Hill of Hill Homes, Inc. and has been completed as authorized and in accordance with our Proposal for Service dated February 6, 2000. We understand that the lot has been purchased and will be developed with a 2 story with basement, wood framed single family residence. The purpose of our site investigation was to expand upon existing geologic information in the project area and based on this information, provide geotechnical engineering recommendations for the development of the lot as proposed. The scope of our investigation included: a site and area geologic reconnaissance, the observation of the excavation of three-(3) backhoe test pits and two-(2) hand augered test holes located as directed by an engineering geologist from Geotechnical and Environmental Services, Inc. (GLS, lnc.); delineation of the existing subsurface soil and ground water conditions based upon observations of the test pits and hand augered holes, and the review e` geologic maps, soil maps and pertinent gcotechnical reports in our office files. I thnu 8, Design Lines dated 12/17/99, Based on our review of the above data and the results of this investigation, we believe that the lot located at the northeast corner of 35111 Street and Nassau St in Everett, Wa. can be developed as proposed.
