The site is <br />currently undeveloped. The site may be accessed either off of 35"' Street or from Nassau Street. A <br />Vicinity Map showing the location of the site relative to existing municipal improvements is included in <br />Appendix A of this report <br />Site development will include. some clearing and grubbing; the removal of uncontrolled fill within the <br />building envelope and around the site as necessary to facilitate development as proposed; the placement <br />of utilities into the lot from tithe 35"' Street to the south or from Nassau Street to the west; foundation <br />placement; and the construction of a 2 story with basement and garage - single family residence.
