(G','S, <br />Inc.) visited the above reference site to observe existing site conditions and the excavation of additional <br />test pits in the vicinity of the proposed single family residence. GES, Inc.'s previous work on this <br />property included the excavation of u verai test pits and hand augered holes in preparation of a <br />geotechnical report titled "Geologic hzvestiention and Gemechnical Fnnineering RW irt" dated March 7, <br />2000. <br />The purpose of this additional work was to: 1) note any changes to site conditions from those observed <br />and reported previously in the above referenced report, 2) update the soil profile to reflect existing <br />conditions, 3) amen' the recommendations contained in the report to reflect any observed or noted <br />changes and 4) amend the report to reflect the proposed site development in accordance with the new site <br />plans. <br />
