City of Everett Project 4REVI 04-017 04-08-10 situation by removing significant amounts of the uncontrolled till for the placement of the proposed single fancily residence and by regrading the remaining materials to a much more stable slope that is closer to the original grade of the site prior to the placement of the uncontrolled fill materials. The building foundation will bear directly upon confirmed undisturbed natural soil or upon 2" to 4" crushed rock placed over undisturbed natural bearing soil. The driveway access into the house vill come off of Nassau St. Again, taking advantage of tha slope of the site and Nassau St. to limit driveway grade. This will also result in less abrupt and more stable final grades and contours of the surrounding slopes around the area of the driveway. We trust that this information will meet your current needs.
