Retaining Wali height, location and if required, design by a licensed <br />Washington State Structural Engineer. This would include any wall with more <br />than 3' — 6" of unbalanced backfill or a wall supporting a surcharge. Retaining <br />walls within any required setback are limited to 36" in height. <br />Site Plan dimensions should accurately reflect the legal description of the <br />property. All setbacks on site shall be measured from the property line. <br />Cross Section of proposed SFR showing existing grade (dashed line) and <br />proposed grade (solid line) and actual height of all foundation walls and wood <br />framed walls. <br />In addition the construction drawings submitted shall be specific to this site and <br />shall incorporate all recommendations from the geotechnical report into the <br />plans. The Engineer of record shall review the plans for compliance with the <br />recommendations of the geotechnical report.
