HOFMANN and BERTINE L. HOFMANN, husband and wife, and <br />/� <br />ARNOLD R. HOFMA�IN and V.T.CRZ G. HOFMANN, husband and wife, e�ch as <br />to the:.r undivided one•-half (1/2} interest, hereinafter referred <br />to as "Declarants." <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Der_larants are the owners of certain real property <br />located in Ci�y of Everett, in Snohomish County, and legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lot 9 and Lots 23 to 28, inclusive, Block 4, <br />Hewitt Heights Addition to Everett, according <br />to plat thereof recorded in Volume 5 of Plats, <br />Page 15, Records of Snohomish County, P7ashington. <br />NOW THEREFORE, Declarants hereby declare that <br />all of the <br />properties described above shall be held, sold and conveyed sub- <br />ject to the followin9 easements, restrictions, covenants, and con- <br />ditions, which are for the purpose of,protecting the value and <br />desirability of, and which shall run with the real property, and <br />be bindinq on all parties hav:�ng any right, title or interest in <br />the described properties or any part thereof, their heirs, succes- <br />sors and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of each owner <br />thereof; • <br />1. Easement.
