The <br />site area aPPears to be relatively well drained, through the <br />occurrence of the creek areas and the central awale. <br />Slope StabilitY <br />Observation oi the steep slope areas and the creek bed areas <br />did not indicate the presence of any major slides or sl�mpa <br />which have occurred within the recenL past. The alope areas <br />appear relaLively stable, with only some nvidence of minor <br />soil creep, particulurly within the steeper aloPe areas. <br />The creek beds appear quite stable within the Whidbey Formation <br />soils. Some outcropping ground water was noted along the base <br />of slope near the creeks; ho�.ever, was not considered very <br />significant with respect to potential failures along the slopea. <br />Conclusions <br />Based upon the investigation performed, we believe the development <br />as pruposed can be adequately constructed, provided recommendation: <br />as presented herein are utilized for construction. <br />
