Park Drive
Everett, WA
Tracking No. 42786
TO: Mr. Jeff Heilman
Public Services Division
City of Everett
3200 Cedar Street
Everett, WA 98201
Dear Mr. Heilman:
We are submitting revised energy rnmpliance forms and associated glazing
schedules and heat loss calculations for you to review. Please disregard the forms
submitted with the drawings on 23 November 1993. The Bissells currently have two
il tanks on their property and we had understood that one of them was sdll being
used in connection with an oil furnace. In a site visit last week, however, we
discovered that several years ago the Bissells had disconuected both oil tanks and
installed electric forced air furnaces. We have acrnrdingly revised the compliance
forms to reflect this electric heat. You will note that the component approach
(Chapter 5) for non complying additions is now being used to meet the energy rnde
requirements.
The Bissells also asked that another window and door be added to the new family
room. I have acided these to the revised glazing schedules and will add them to the
plans when they are ready for corrections.
If you have any questions please call.
Sincerely,

Bill Vandeventer
MEMO
BY:BV
