The Contractor further agrees to affirmatively support the <br />participation of minority and women's businesses in �ntracts, <br />etc. <br />(26) The Owner or the Fire Chief shall have the right at their <br />discretion, to extend the time for completion of work. No <br />extension shell be valid unless the same be in writing. <br />(27) Stipulatiori of Venue. It is agreed by the Contractor that a <br />venue for any lawsuit arising out of this Contract shall be <br />Snohomish County.
