The lot size of the subject property is 28,000 square feet with a single family residence and a <br />detached garage. The new garage will be located a slightly larger footprint as Ate existing garage but <br />will not be any closer to the stream buffer. The residence and new garage are mainly hidden from <br />view from surrounding properties and from the street due to Ate large trees on the property. The <br />garage fins been designed to compliment the residence and the surrounding neighborhood. If the pennittee <br />requests an extension in writing not later than eighteen (18) months from the land use <br />permit date, the Director may grant a six (6) month extension. <br />2. This is an administrative decision that may be appealed to die City's Land Use Hearing <br />Examiner.
