All exterior walls and main cross-stud partitions shall be effecdvely and thoroughly braced to resist wir,d an� seismic forces per Section 2517(g)3, or provide a design and details prepared by a licensed Washington State Structural Engineer equal to or exceeding the requirements of Section 2517(gj3, UBC. J2. Show under floor ventilation opening size and locations equal to one square foot for each 150 square feet of under floor area. Show the required net area calculation assuming approximately 75% of the vent area is net area unless the actual net azea is given from the manufacturer/2516(c)5. ✓3. Regardless of occupant load, there shall be a floor or landing on each side of a door.
