Submittal and Clty anprovai of a�rive�vay and driveway access plan <br />designed by a registered soils engineer. <br />2. The use of City rlght-ot-way wiil be limited to an access polnt onto <br />A7ukilteo and construction of a rockery fwarding the driveway to the <br />residenCe. <br />3. The driveway access design will include the following considerationss <br />" The elevatfon of the drivewuy at tlie puint it crosses the property <br />1[ne shall be no lower than level �vith tha elevation of the b7ukilteo <br />Boulevard centerllne. <br />* Access onto Mukllteo Boulevard right-oi-way shall provide adequate <br />vehicle sight �istance. <br />4.
