5122 Dogwood Dr. <br />Pverett, t4A 98203 <br />City Cotmcil <br />City of EveretL- <br />Everett, Washington <br />August 27. 1982 <br />Dear Council Members <br />The purpose of tliis leL•ter is to sccic your help in solving a <br />problem I and the community share, the wtfinished and <br />unoccupied residence at 1311 1•tulcilteo Blvd.. <br />The proUlem is that tiaitliout the city allowing use of their <br />right of way for a porL-ion of the driveway to access tlze <br />residence. it becomes too dif£icult and cosL-ly to gain <br />access. <br />The difficulty lies in the engineering and consL-ruction of a <br />retaining wall that may exceed 30 ft. in height and 90 ft. in <br />lengt-h.
