The present owner, Mr. Kathol, obtained a building permit but apparently abandoned his work as nothing was done for a six monti� oeriod so the Uui.lding per- nit was voided on November 9th. Mr. Royc2 recu�siec: authorization for demolition. Mr. FCathol requested of tl�e council a delaY in action so that he could Urin9 this Uuilding to a presentable condition. He said it �,ould not be liveable f.or some time but within a few c•reeks he could have the build ing in such a condition that it would not be such an eyesore.
