That said City of Everett Building Code is a valid existing ordinance of the City of Everett. - • 2. That the City of �verett Building Official is authorized to request the Everett City Council to enter the hereinabove described order and that the Everett City Council is authorized in the exercise of its dis- cretion to so do under the provisions of said City of L•'verett Building Code. 9.
