� <br />� <br />RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE <br />Approve i Variance to allow an easement access to Lot B as provided for in Sec. <br />18.44.21(i with the following conditions: <br />2. <br />9, <br />This easement is effective only when final approval has been gra�.ited on Short <br />Subdivision d12-82• <br />Yhe effective easement width for service to Lot B shall be not less than 20 feet. <br />The Sponsor shall submit an easement document approved by the (:ity and setting <br />forth the method and responsible for maintenance of the access easement <br />providing perpetual access to all lots subject to the Short Sul�division. Said <br />easement must be signed and notarized by the grantors and grantee and must be <br />a non-exclusive easement.
