Finding: There were no adverse comments received in response <br />to notification of property owners within 300 feet of the site <br />and it does not, appear the increased height would cause any <br />view blockage. <br />b. Conclusion: Granting this variance will not be materially <br />detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property in <br />the vicinity and zone. <br />Criterion #4: That the granting of such variance will not adversely <br />affect the Comprehensive General Plan. <br />a. Finding: The proposed use is in conformance with the <br />Comprehensive Plan designation of Single Family Residential. <br />b. Conclusion: Granting of the variance will not adversely affect <br />the Comprehensive Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett does <br />hereby order that the variance he GRANTED and further require the applicant <br />to meet the following conditions. <br />1. Obtain all necessary permits. <br />The action of the Board of Adjustment in GRANTING a variance shall be <br />final and conclusive, unless within fifteen (15) days from the date of <br />issuance and signing of this order by the Chairman of the Board, an <br />aggrieved person or persons obtains a writ of certiorari from the Superior <br />Court of Washington for Snohomish County for the purpose of review of the <br />action taken. <br />DATED this day of , 1987. <br />t <br />Chairman, Board of Adjustment <br />i Notes to Applicant: <br />i <br />1. If a building permit is not obtained within one year from the above <br />date, the Board's decision shall cease to be effective.
