After a completed application is accepted, a Public <br />Hearing date will be established. <br />The City recommends that a survey be obtained before submitting a <br />request for a variance for setback in order to assure the <br />accuracy of the application. <br />Any variance, if granted, may be withdrawn in the event of <br />submittal of inaccurate information, misrepresentation by the <br />applicant, or failure to comply with conditions placed when <br />granting the variance. <br />4786F <br />
