The slab in that small arca will be an insulated slab (P. #5). 7'he watls will nlso be 2x6 and insulated. <br />An additianel foundetion detail hes been edded to the detail sheet. (Page #6) <br />2. The insulation shown on the rypical wall section has revised, per our conversation, and thc note added <br />as well. (Page #6) <br />3. 2a stud Qa 16" O.C. has been revised to size hes been revised to 2x6 smd Q 16" O.C. All referonces to <br />2x plates have been revised also to reflect 2x6 plates. (Page N6) <br />4. '1'he intended pethway is indicated. The others have becn crossed out. (Page !t6) <br />S. Handiails were not called out on the uF per Floor plan. They were noted on the mein Floor plan. They <br />are now noted on both. (Page 114) <br />6. Point loads are now shown on the fla,��framing plans. (Page 1t3 &#4) <br />7. The Neader over the man door has been noted. (Page #3) <br />8. The loading path for these 2 beams is a little clearcr, a post a�d pad have been edded in the crewl space <br />to accommodate the reactions from both beams. (Page NS) Tqe original beam calculations were done at <br />the beginning of the project. Since it has become smaller [ necalculated these beams. TMey have the <br />option of either using one continuous beam or two beams bearing on the 4x6 post. I have also revised <br />the beams to be "Rosboro Big beams". These are a stronger beam, a little eacier to work with and are <br />supposed to be less expensive. <br />9. The cal! out on the plans has been revised to indicate 5!8" type "x" gwb is required on all wall <br />supporting a living space and thet posts and beams shall be wrapped. (Page q3) <br />10. A landing is called out on ihe Floor plan. (Page #3) <br />I I. 1 am removing the hot tub from thc plans in an effart to expedite Lhe plan check. <br />12. The hot tub is gone, but the beam is still in plece. l have added e post neM to the foundation wall for <br />the end of the beam to bear on. (Page H6) <br />13. The window does not need to be safety glazs now. (Page N6) <br />14. The elevation has been cortected. (Page k6) <br />I5. This has been corrected. (Page H6) <br />16. The scale of the ledger detail has been increased. Z Flashing is shown. The flashing covers the ledger. <br />Is there more that you feel needs to be caulked? (Page NS) <br />17. I have included my loadmg diagiams along with the BeamChec computer printouts of the engineered <br />beams. The original beam calculetions were done at the beginning of the project It has since become <br />smeller so I have recalculated some of the beams. I have also revised the beams to bc "Rosboro Big <br />beams". These are a stronger beam, a little easier to work with and are supposed to be less enpensive. I <br />have hied to leave them the option of the PSL and have included the computer printout for these also. <br />18. The beam size and roof framing over the Entry is noted on Page N4 <br />19.
