ATBT proposes to replaces (2) existinr antennas <br />wilh (2) new antennas, replacing (4) T�IA's and adding (8) RET's. No additional equipment or antennas are <br />proposed. No increase in height is required. Project construction valuation is at 58,000. <br />Per Cily of Everett Section 41.150(9) Maintenance, repair, or replacement of existing utility or communications <br />facilities or appurtenani structures and the installation of minor above ground utility and communications facilities <br />are exempt from this section. This exemption includes repiacement or increased heights of not more thsn twenty <br />feet to accommodate wireless telecommunications antennas. Utility and commu, ications service providers are <br />encouraged to locate such facilities of a minor nature and smail scale un �;xisting or replacement structures, <br />where technically feasible, in preference to erecting new towers or structures for such purposes.
