Driecoll <br />Hearing Ezaminer <br />The decieion on this application has been made by the Hearing Ezamiaer based <br />on the authority granted in Ordinance 692-80, as amended. It ia final unleee <br />the folloving procedure is followed: <br />1. Any aggrieved party of record ciho lias actively participated in the <br />hearing before the Ezaminer may file a nritten request with the Examiner <br />for recooaideratioa within ten (10) working days of the date of the <br />Ezainer'e decieion. The E:�iner's mailing addreea is City Hall, 3002 <br />Wetmore Avenue, Everett, WA, 98201 and thC location of the Ezaminer's <br />office is 2731 Wetmore Building, 3rd floor. The request ahall <br />ezplicitly set forth alleged errora of procedure, fact or lax. The <br />Nz�iner shall act wf.thin ten (10) working days after the date of the <br />filing of the request for reconaideration by either denying the requeat, <br />ieeuing a reviaed deciaion or calling for an additioaal public hearing. <br />If aa additional hearing is required, notice of said hearing ehall be <br />mailed to all parties of record not lese than ten (10) workiag days <br />prior to the hearing date. The final date for requesting <br />reconaideration is April 4, 1990. <br />2.
