1. The 814" off street parking stalls are unacceptable to City <br />standards. <br />2. There are more campers and pick up trucks per household now <br />making larger parking stalls more feasable, <br />After visual observation of the subject property and considering <br />all the facts it was moved by Mr. Rristiansen, seconded by Mr. <br />Wilson and unanimously carried to grant the variance for five (5) <br />ten (10) foot off street parking stalls for a proposed sixplex <br />as this meets all the requirements of Section. 19.70.060 of the Everett <br />Municipal Code, Paragraphs 1,2,3, 6 4. <br />A hearing was held on the application of.David Brandvold, 6100 <br />Evergreen Way (PO Box 3066) Everett, WA 98203 for a variance from <br />Section 19.12.050 of the Everett Municipal Code, Yard requirements <br />Paragraph C for permission to allow an existing single family <br />residence to remain to within nineteen (19)* feet of the rear yard <br />property line rather than the code requirement of twenty-five (25) <br />feet. <br />Legal Description: The easterly 103.26 feet of the Westerly 300.62 <br />feet of Lot 2, Block 3, Darlington, SUBJECT TO <br />an easement for sewer, under and across a strip <br />of land 10.00 feet in width being 5.00 feet on <br />each side of the following described centerline: <br />Begin at a point on the South line of said Lot 2, <br />which point lies 265.40 feet East of the South- <br />west corner of said Lot 2; thence north and parallel <br />to the East and West lines of said Lot 2 for <br />130.37 feet to a point on the North line of said <br />Lot 2. <br />Address: 2402 Mukilteo Blvd <br />Zoning: R-S Single Family Suburban Residential <br />Mr. Howard Espeseth, a professional surveyor, represented Mr. <br />Brandvold and made the following statements: <br />1. If the variance is not approved there are only two options: <br />a. Remove part of the building. <br />b.
