There is a proposal for additional property to be purchased <br />by Mr. Brandvold that will solve not onl•- the setback <br />problem but an easement problem that also exists. <br />L <br />e was no opposition from the audience. <br />r visually viewing the subject property and considering <br />the facts and testimony it was moved by Mr' Zook seconded by <br />Wilson and unanimously carried to grant the applicant's request <br />t meets all the requirements of Section 19.70.060 of the <br />ett Municipal Code, Paragraphs 1;2,3, 6 4. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Monty Tuengel, 1914 <br />Cedar Street, Everett, WA 98201 for a variance from Section <br />19.16.050 of the Everett Municipal Code, Yard Requirements, <br />Paragraph C,.for permission to construct an addition to the existing <br />residence and be able to build to within six (6) feet of the rear <br />yard property line rather than the code requirement of twenty (20) <br />feet. <br />Legal Description: Lot 18 and 19 Block 1 Ready Land Co's 1st Addition <br />Address: 1914 Cedar Street <br />Zoning: R-2 Single Family High Density Residence <br />Mr. Tuengel represented himself and made the statement that he <br />has a large side yard but the way the house is laid out his <br />only feasable way for an addition is to the rear of the property. <br />There was no opposition from the audience. I{ <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering <br />all the facts it was moved by fir.
