AGREEMENT <br />P' I L L <br />IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the Brandvold Company and the <br />City of Everett Building Official that a conditional occupancy permit may issue <br />upon approval after final inspection of the premises at: <br />2402 Mukilteo Blvd. <br />The duration of this occupancy permit shall be one hundred and twenty (120) <br />days from date of execution. <br />The occupancy authorized by the permit is conditioned upon: <br />(1) A resolution of the rear -yard set back deficiency within t',e period of <br />this permit; <br />(2) The premises will not be sold until the rear -yard set back deficiency <br />has been remedied or; at least, documents evidencing a Sr lution have been executed <br />and are Legally sufficient in the opinion of the City Attorney; <br />(3) Any renter of the premises be fully advised of the conditional nature <br />of his or her occupancy and evidence such by signing a copy of this agreement; <br />which such copy shall be delivered to the City of Everett Building Official; <br />(4) The Brandvold Company hold the City and any occupant harmless <br />from &.y cost, expense or claim arising out of the subject of this Agreement. <br />Witness our Agreement to the terms hereof. <br />I <br />THE BRANDVdLD COMPANY <br />Title:' <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />BUILDING OFFICIAL <br />Mark Van Bockel, Tenant <br />Dated: jA—"j -_-� Z 127 9 <br />Dated: A :11i , ; o -I 1 <br />
