AGREEMENT <br />IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the Brandvold Company and the <br />City of Everett Building Official that a conditional occupancy permit may issue <br />upon approval after final inspection of the premises at: <br />2402 Mukilteo Blvd. <br />The duration of this occupancy oermit shall be one hundred and twenty (120) <br />days from date of execution. <br />The occupancy authorized by the permit is conditioned upon: <br />(1) A resolution of the rear -yard set back deficiency within the period of <br />tl 's permit; <br />(2) The premises will not be sold until the rear -yard set back deficiency <br />has been remedied or, at least, documents evidencing a solution have been executed <br />and are legally sufficient in the opinion of the City Attorney; <br />(3) Any renter of the premises be fully advised of the conditional nature <br />of his or her occupancy and evidence such by signing a copy of this agreement; <br />which such copy shall be delivered to the City of Everett Building Official; <br />(4) The Brandvold Company hold the City and any occupant harmless <br />from any cost, expense or claim arising out of the subject of this Agreement. <br />Witness our Agreement to the terms hereof. <br />I <br />THE BRANDVbLD COMPANY <br />By:/ <br />Title: <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />BUILDING OFFICIAL <br />Mark Van Bockel, Tenant <br />Dated: IL) 1)Uf IW-2 <br />Dated: a A, i_ 3-3 <br />Z 1 <br />I <br />
