If the Applicant chooses to fence the property or is <br />required to fence the property, the fencing shall either <br />meet all zoning code requirements (6 _oot maximum height <br />in the side and rear yards, and 42" maximum height in <br />the front yard) or the Applicant shall seek a variance <br />from the Board of Adjustment. <br />6. The Applicant shall not have any outdoor storage on site <br />after construction. Any outdoor storage on site will <br />result in an immediate review of the Special Property <br />Use Permit. <br />7. The building on the site shall be of wood siding. Any <br />other type of structure shall be subject to review and <br />approval by the Everett Planning Department. <br />Done and dated this 20th day of September, 1984. <br />s M. Dr <br />The decision on this application has been made by the Hearing <br />Examiner based on the authority granted in Ordinance 692-80 as <br />amended. It is final unless the following procedure is <br />followed: <br />1. An aggrieved party has filed a written request for <br />reconsideration to the Hearing Examiner within ten (10) <br />working days of the Hearing Examiner's decision. It is <br />the discretion of the Hearing Examiner to grant or deny <br />reconsideration. The final date fir reconsideration is <br />October 4, 1984. <br />2. Within ten (10) working days after the Hearing <br />Examiner's action on the reconsideration, the aggrieved <br />party files a written appeal with the City Clerk's <br />office. <br />If appealed properly, the matter will be submitted to the <br />Everett City Council for further consideration. <br />
