The proposed use will provide a public need in that it <br />will provide more efficient and extensive phone service <br />for the City of Everett. <br />6. The Everett Planning Department has recommended approval <br />of the proposed Special Property Use Permit subject to <br />the conditions listed in Finding #12. <br />7. Testimony was received from the Applicant and an <br />opp;,nent of the proposal. The testimony has been noted <br />above. <br />DECISION <br />z <br />0 <br />Based upon the preceding Findings of Facts and Conclusions, the <br />testimony and evidence submitted at the public hearing and upon <br />the impressio.is of the Everett Hearing Examiner upon a site <br />view, it is hereby ordered that the requested Special Property <br />Use Permit for the construction of a 488 square foot building <br />to house electronic telephone switching equipment at 3110 <br />Mukilteo Boulevard, is granted subject to the following <br />(A <br />i <br />M <br />conditions: <br />c <br />m <br />o <br />o <br />1. All city streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt <br />a <br />and debris at all time during construction. Dust <br />suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed <br />s <br />by the Director of Public Works Inspector. The site is to be developed in a manner consistent with <br />z <br />the site plan which was submitted as Exhibit 4. The <br />7 <br />n <br />site will not have to be fenced immediately. However, a <br />review of the site will be made by the Everett Planning <br />Department within six months of this approval date.
