As a result of your call on Friday the 28th of February, we reviewed thQ procedure in effect for providing certifications of ineeting minimum housing code on atructures within the City. We have found that there are certain checkpoints and touch- points in our procesa that need to be refined in order to provide a smoother flow of papor and to speed up the certifi- cation process. PaxL of this will be providing the potential purchaser and the potential seller with copiea of the punch- list, copies of inspection reports, and a notice of the �9epart- ment of the City to call when the work on the punch-list has been completed.
