The side sewer from the house to the property line must bc upgraded to a 6 inch <br />pipe or alternatively a hold harmless agreement may be executed to allow continued <br />use of the current s�de sewer. <br />2. The water service serving this residence must be converted to a metered account. <br />3. The driveway and parking must be paved and meet city of Everett Design and <br />Construction Standards. <br />4.
