The counseling office will <br />typically operate Monday through Friday, <br />day and evening hours. The applicant will <br />continue to live in the residence and there <br />are no proposed structural changes or <br />additions. <br />Zoning: <br />Parking required: <br />B-1, Neighborhood Business <br />Five off-street spaces are required <br />A permit for the above described change of use is hereby granted with <br />the following conditions that must be met prior to use: <br />1. The side sewer from the house to the property line must be <br />upgraded to a 6 inch pipe or alterr.atively a hold harmless <br />agreement may be executed to allow continued use of the current <br />side sewer. <br />2 <br />3. <br />4. <br />The water service servicing the residence must be converted to <br />a metered account. <br />The driveway and parking must be paved and meet City of Everett <br />Design and Construction Standards. <br />Tne office area in the house cannot exceed 25$ of the total <br />area of the house without 1 hour fire resistive separation. <br />
