Mukllteo Blvd. <br />0 1931 Muk7lteo Blvd. <br />Dear Mr. Marquardson, <br />We are in receipt of t�vo applications Involving replacement of wireless communfcation antennas at the <br />above locations. After completing an initial review of the applications and prior Speclal Property Use <br />permits (SPU 00-023 and SPU 00-024), we .ietermined that the proposals are exempt from further SPU <br />and SEPA review, based on the triterla �� E�viC Chapter 19.41.150.D.1.b(9). In both cases, the anter.na <br />replacements amount to no net increase ��, the slze, height, or number of antennas beyond what was <br />authorized in the prior permits. 7hese prc als can proceed directly with application for <br />building/electrical permits through the Ferm,. Services Dlvision. <br />We are aware that a number of additional applications have been submitted on behalf of T-Mobile for <br />other sftes around the City. This determination applies speciflcally to the sites on Mukilteo Blvd. and <br />does not address the other sites, which may differ significantly in terms of the scope of work and prior <br />aoprovals. <br />The City will issue a full refund for the land use application fees paid For the two sites Iisted. In order to <br />request a refund, please provide the original white copy of the receipt to the Planning Department.
