After completing an initial review of the applications a„d ��'�r Speclal Property Use <br />permits (SPU 00-023 and SPU 00-024), we determined that the proposals are exempt from further SPU <br />and SEPA reviev�, based on the criteria in EMC Chapter 19.41.150.D.S.b(9). In both cases, the antenna <br />replacements amount to no net (ncrease In the size, height, or number oi antennas beyond what w^� <br />authorized in the prior permitz. These proposals can proceed directly �ith application for <br />buiiding/electrfcal permits through the Permit Services Dl�ision. <br />We are aware that a number of additional appiications have been submitted on behalf of T-Mobile /or <br />other sites around the Gty. 7his determinatian applies speciflcally to the sites on Mukilteo Blvd. and <br />does not address the other sites, whlch may differ significantly in terms of !he scope of work and prior <br />approvals. <br />The City wfll issue a full refund (or the land use application fees paid for the two sites Iisted. In order to <br />request a refund, please provide the original white copy of the receipt to the Planning Department.
