None of these <br /> designe w�re accepted, except ':he one approved by the Board of <br /> Adjustment. it should be noced one could build this same four <br /> plex without covered parking, without any SEPA approval, simply <br /> because lot 5 and 6 are not in common ownership and the applicant <br /> is only proposing 4 units.
