The revis�ons are primarily in regard to the site plan for Building B (the easterly of the 2 <br /> buildings, a.k.a. "Synsor"). The enclosed plan (2 copies, with latest revision date 2/20/97) sliows <br /> the revised grading and utilities for the afl'ected sheet (sheet 8 of 22). A summary of the revisions <br /> to the plans in relation to the Synsor building is listed as follows: <br /> West side <br /> • the 2 parking rows at the south end have been revised to be a drive-in ramp and a retaining <br /> wall has been added (--65' north of south end of building) for transition to dock-high access <br /> • the dock-high access transitions back to drive-in access with another retaining wall (-345' <br /> north of south end of building) <br /> • the parking and the ramp at the north end has been revised to be 4 parking stalls with cross <br /> slope of—5% to minimize the change in elevation near the indicated stairs <br /> • the entry at the north end of the west face has been revised <br /> • a concrete wall dumpster enclosure has been added <br /> South end <br /> • the landscaping strip has been replaced with drive-in access <br /> • parking has been added from —125 east of t6e west face of the building along the south side of <br /> the travelway. The tenant was able to �btain a 20' landscape easement from the adjoining <br /> neighbor to the south ("Sabey"). This revision allows for the back side of the rockery to be <br /> placed on the south property line as shown <br /> • the landscaping island at the west end has been modified to increase the turning radius <br /> clearance for side loading trucks <br /> • the east corner landscaping island has been replaced with a bollard <br /> East side <br /> • as a coitinuation of the parking added along the south of the building, additional parking <br /> (—]00' x 120') has been added in the southeast comer for the site.
