Gordon Witcher
February 20, 1997
Page 2
• the power pole ol£of the southeast corner has been removed and reinstalled at the toe of the
rockery by Snohomish County PUD where the power line alignment turns east over the bank
• handicap parking stalls have shown at the northerly limit of the new parking area
• a light standard has been called out in the new parking area
• the 6re hydrant off of the southeast corner has been relocated --60' to the north of the
southeast corner and—50' off of the east face
• the alignment of the travelway has been modified to provided Iarge tuming radii
• the entry at the mid-point of the building has been revised as indicated
• landscape islands, a dining terrace, a drop off zone, an entry plaza, and a deck with adjacent
landscaping rocks have been added by the tenanYs Landscape Architect (Roger Hill)
• a building entry has been added along the northerly portion
• handicap parking stalls have shown north of thc loading zone
North end
• the landscape islands to the north have been revised and the westerly sidewalk along those
landscape islands has been removed ,
• handicap parking stalls have shown at the west end of the parking strip along the north
• a lighted tenant sign has been added to the northerly landscape island
Drainage
The aggregate of all of the above revisions increased the total impervious area on the site by
approximately 12,000 SF or 0.28 acres. Therefore, when compared to the total impervious area
contributing to the north pond (9.96 acres), the increase in contributing impervious area due to
the added impervious area is 0.28/9.96 = 2.8%. The volume described in our detention pond
asbuilt submittal of December 5, 1996 showed that the pond was built to exceed the minimum
required volume by with more than 25,000 CF . This additional volume easily compensates for
the added impervious area.
The Contractor will be completing the above described revisions soon. Also, the Tenant's
Landscape Architect (Roger Hill) will be submitting detailed landscaping plans to the Planaing
Department for landscaping review showing the above revisions in his base sheet. Therefore,
please provide any comments at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
TRIAD ASSOCIATES
i/ -j
Don Hill, P.E.
Senior Engineer
enclosures
ce: Darcen Peugh, Intracorp SeatUe
Bill Foster, Intracorp Seaway
