To operate a place of assembly. <br /> Note: Candles are not allowed for use in this structure. <br /> 15. A sign permit is required for any signage proposed on site. Chapter 36 of the Zoning Code <br /> contains the regulations for signage for this site. This site is subject to the standards <br /> contained in sign category D. Piease contact the Planning Department at 425-257-8731 <br /> regarding sign standards, or the Building Departmenf at 425-257-8810 regarding <br /> construction standards. <br /> 16. If improvements made to the site as a result of the proposal equal 35% or more of the <br /> buitdings assessed valuation, addi:ional landscaping may be required. <br /> 17. Any future change of use of the site may require review by the City to determine if the new <br /> use meets the intent of this permit or if it will require a new application. <br /> This land use permit shall terminate if the applicant does not apply for a building permit within 1 S <br /> months (or, with an extension, 24 months), except where a time limit on the land use permit is <br /> othenvise established under federal or state law, city ordinance, or an executed development <br /> agreement. <br /> 5/ <br />
