The roof system of the principal dwelling is deteriorated and shows signs of rot. <br /> 2. Most of the windows on the second floor of the principal dwelling aze out of plum. <br /> 3. The renovation wor!c on the second floor of the principal dwelling has jeopardized the <br /> strength of the roof, walls, and floors. <br /> 4. The supports in the basement of the principal dwelling are unstable, not prcperly <br /> connected, and may faiL <br /> 5. The electrical work on the second floor of the principal d�velling is a fire hazazd. <br /> 6. The second story of the principal dwelling is accessed by ladder only. <br /> 7. The awning on the secondary dwelling is not properly supported and is in danger of <br /> falling due to the fact the posts have been removed and not replaced. � <br /> 8. The porch on the secondary dwelling has loose boazds on the frame. � <br /> 9. The basement has some drainage problems. � <br /> 10.
