You may appeal this determination to the City Clerk at City Hall, <br /> 3002 Wetmore Avenue no later than -l0 days from the date the DNS <br /> becomes final (which is af�er the 15 day comment period) by <br /> submitting a written statement requesting an appeal which sets forth <br /> the name and address of the person aggrieved, a clear and concise <br /> statement of the grounds for the appeal, and a fee.
