INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br /> 1. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and <br /> Construction Standards shall be submitted �o the Public Works <br /> Department showinq site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, <br /> storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control , and <br /> all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public <br /> Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior <br /> to any Dermits beinq issued. All improvements shall be <br /> completed, approved, and warranted before the Occupancy Permit <br /> is issued. <br /> 2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris <br /> at all times durinq construction. Dust suppression and street <br /> cleaninq must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 3 . PerLormance guarantees are required for the street and alley <br /> improvements. <br /> 4. A one-year guarantee is required on the public improvements for <br /> an amount not less than l0$ of the cost of construction and <br /> shall run for one year from the date of issuance of the first <br /> Occupancy Permit for the project. <br /> , 5. The Police Department has the following security <br /> recommendations: <br /> a. The storage units should have concrete block and steel <br /> security doors that can be padlocks with a minimum 1/2" <br /> case hardened steel shackle on padlock. <br /> b. Liqhting of the parking lot should be a minimum of 1 - 2 <br /> foot candles. <br /> c. Durinq the final stages of construction, please contact <br /> Dick Thornberry, Crime Prevention Officer at 259-0416 for <br /> further security r.ecommendations. <br />
