8. On-site detention is required, OR, in lieu of providing on-site <br /> detention, payment to City Drainaqe Fund 340 is allowed per <br /> Ordinance 670-50. (SEPA Public Services and Utilities <br /> Policies) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not <br /> have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An <br /> Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br /> 43.21C.030(2) (c) .
