The need af the neiqhborhood, district, or City for a proposed <br /> special property use. <br /> Findings: The PUD has indicated that the proposed switching <br /> station is needed in order to provide more effective distribution <br /> of electricity and to provide better capability to isolate and <br /> repair power outages. <br /> Conclusions: There is a need by the PUD for the switching <br /> station in order to provide more effective distribution of <br /> electrical power. <br /> 2. The adequacy of streets, utilities and public services required <br /> to serve a proposed use. <br /> Findings: The proposed use would be served by an existing access <br /> driveway which extends from the Weyerhaeuser turnoff from Marine <br /> View Drive.
