Prior to issuance of any permits, landscaping plans must be reviewed and approved by the <br /> Planning Departmcnt per Scction 35.100 of the Zoning Code. The landscaping plan must <br /> show location and dimensions of required vegetated swalcs, wetponds, detention ponds, <br /> rockcrics and rctaining walis, and grading at 2 foot intervals. Irrigation systems must be <br /> provided in all landscaped areas per Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A minimum of 36,000 squarc fect of open space is required on the site per Section 15.030 of the <br /> 7oning Code. Landscaping in the parking areas and setbacks shall not be counted in meeting this <br /> standard.
