Tot lots must be located in central azeas, where adequate supervision of <br /> cliildren can be provided. <br /> 25. Buildins facade modulation and roofline variation must be provided per Section 15.050 of the Zoning <br /> Code. The maximum permitted wall length without building facade modulation is 30 feet. <br /> 26. The Washington State Clcan Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and reasonable means <br /> of controlling air pollution, including dust. Dust generated during construction activities can be <br /> controlled by wctting those dust sources such as areas of exposed soils, washing truck whcels before <br /> they leave the site,and installing and maintaining gravel construction enirances. Construction vehicle <br /> track-out is also a major dust sourcc. Any evidence of track-out can trigger violations and fines from <br /> the Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency. <br /> Firc Denartment Requirements <br /> I. Access -The Intemational Pire Code requires that all new structures shall provide Pire Department <br /> access roads to within 150 feet of all portions of the ground floor. Fire Department access roads (Fire <br /> Lnnes) shall provide a minimum of 20 fect in width of unobstructed, paved driving surface with a <br /> minimum cicar height of 13'G". Inside turn radii must be 35 fect. Slope approach and departurc <br /> angles must not excecd 10 degrces. Fire lanc grade must not cxceed 15 perccnt. Pire Lanes will <br /> be posred and maintained as required by the Pire Department. <br /> 2. Lots/Units 41/42/43/44/G4/GS/6C>/67 - Access to the structure on this lot will be cxcessive.
