At tltat time it coas parked <br /> adjacent to the alley cuay and liad most of the major parts removed. The Uody <br /> was badly damaged and Che windows were broken ot�t. There were no license tabs <br /> or any other identifying narks that cooiild reveal tlie registered owner of the � <br /> vehicle, <br /> On blarch 7, 1973, the owner of the property, Mr. Ray Decker, was notified of the <br /> abandoned auto and he was asked to remove it. <br /> Another inspection of the property on April 18, 1973 revcaled ehat the vehicle . <br /> was still therc. Tl�e property owner was again contacted and aslced to remove the <br /> vehicle. <br /> On June 15, 1973 the vehicle was in the same position and condieiou. P.0 this <br /> :_imc I mailed a formal lettcr of violaCion to Mr. Decker by Cerificd Piail. This � <br /> letter was received by Mr. Decker on June 19, 1973. <br /> On July 11, 1973 the veliicle was observed on the property. There was no visible <br /> evidence tliat Mr. Decker has attempted to repair or removc the vehicle. <br /> I <br /> On June 18, 1973, I received a complaint from George Kurschney, of 566 Walnut. � <br /> He claims that tlte car has been there for almost a year and would like something <br /> done about it. <br /> As Pir.
