EMC. The proposed landscape plan of the park is in <br /> compliance with these requlations. <br /> 8. However, it has <br /> been found that contaminated soils exist on the site. An <br /> analysis has been conducted and recommendations toward <br /> mitigatinq the potential hazard have been made as contained in <br /> the Dames & Moore Report (see attachement) . The Snohomish <br /> County Health District has reviewed the Report and stated that <br /> the City has proposed appropriated mitigation measures (see <br /> attached letter) . <br /> Conciusion: Development of the viewpoint park will not likely <br /> produce undesirable environmental impacts. The park will <br /> provide a save and clean public viewpoint area if the <br /> recommended mitigation measures are implemented. <br /> 9. Consistency vith the goals and policies of the Sverett <br /> Coaprehensive Plan for the area and land use desiqnation in <br /> xhich the property is located. <br /> Findina: The Everett Comprehensive Plan designates this area as <br /> 1.5 Multipla Family, 10-15 Dwellings per gross acre.
