This Fequires two layers of 5/8"on <br /> ceilings with TJI floorjoist and of wood roof trusses. This is what the plans issued for pertnit calls <br /> out. <br /> On checking with Steve Miller and the Building Department, it was determined that with the building <br /> being sprinklered ,that lwo layers of G.W.B.will only be required on tlie ceilings of the first iloor of <br /> the flats.
