Due to lack of information on <br /> the civil plans, an encroachment of the driveway at 917 E. Marine View Drive was not noticed during <br /> plan review. A decision was made and relayed in the field by the public works inspector to move the <br /> driveway further to the south onto the frontage of 917 E.
