E. <br /> Everett, Washington 98204 , " <br /> . <br /> Reference: Pre Move Inspection , <br /> 2325 Maple <br /> Dear Mr. Rhoden: <br /> Pursuant to your application for a Building Permit to relocate <br /> the referenced single family dwelling th 2325 Maple Avenue this <br /> Department performed an inspection of the dwelling to determine <br /> if the subject building complies with the provisions of the <br /> Suilding Code as set forth in Section 105 of the said code: <br /> SECTI�T lp5 states, "Buildings or structures moved into or <br /> within the city shall comply with the provisions of this code <br /> for new buildings or structures. " <br /> This inspection revealed the following deficiencies which shall <br /> be corrected. <br /> 1. The roof rafters appear to be over spanned. These <br /> rafters shall be sized in compliance with table <br /> number 25-T-R-1, or reinforced in an approved way, <br /> in compliance with Section 2518 (g) of the Buil3ing <br /> Code. <br /> 2. There must be at least one room of 150 square feet as <br /> set forth in Section 1407 (b) of the code. <br /> 3. A one hour fire resistive occupancy separation as set <br /> forth in Section 503 (d) of the code is required at the <br /> house-garage wall. <br /> 4. Bedroom windows shall comply with Section 1904 , and 1405 <br /> of the Building Code. <br />
