I gave her my card and asked her to tell her mother that I was there. � �8 �V n �H$ A couple of minutes later a male answered the door. This > y5[� time it was a dark haired male. He looked disheveled and � t p,� y surprised to see me. I asked for Dale and he said s e was �� resting. I identified myself and stated my reason for being c7�V�"�i there. Fle invited me in for the inspectian. I � y � I walked i�to a room that was the back porch of the house. � p W This room is now being used as a kitchen . There was a cook � stove caked with dry food , Pans of previously cooked Pood � left on the stove which had been sitting for what looked like i sevaral hours by this time. Also in this area was a refrigerator and a kitchen sink Hith dirty dishes all around. 1 The place was filthy . I couldi� t tall if the floor was bara �� wood or had a covering on it. From the kitchen area, I went down a hall to a door on iny , right. That door opened into the bathroom. Ccnsidering the ' filthy kitchen , the bathroom was a little cleaner. I � From the hathroom I continued a short distance down the ha �. L i which was piled high with clothes from one end to the other. , '�� The hal ] opened into a room which was full of clothes piled �1 �� every which way . I didn ' t know this was tY�e liviny room until I saw a �ouch to my r�ight. At first I thought chere were clothes piled on the couch until I saw that another male was lying under a blanket on the couch. He opened one eye, �o shut it again and appeared to go back to s1eeF. There was so �I many things piled around in thE room I could not perform an inspection. Q 1 � From the living room I entered the last room an� that was the � �� only bedroom in the place. Dale was in bed and when I asked � � her how she was doing , she said that she wasn ' t doing very well and tnat she had throat cancer. [ asked her a couple of ques:ions ahout the electri�al outlets in the room and the area i� the wall behind the bed which appeared to have been a door at one time. She said that there was another apartment unit on the other side o1` the wall and access was not gai�e� through her apartment. I then left her apartment a�d went back to the kitchen (back porch) . Once in the �.iCchen area again ( the back porch) , I noticad a � dour- to ihe IerL of the ha1 !way door into Dale' s apartment.
